We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days after the purchase date for standard shipping.
All orders with a Canadian mailing address are shipped using Canada Post (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority). Free local Nanaimo "no contact" pickup is available 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday for those who wish to save on shipping!
We now offer a Flat Rate option of $10 on all orders over $85 in Canada ONLY at this time.
All orders with a valid address in the United States are shipped using Canada Post (Expedited Parcel USA, Tracked Packet USA or Xpresspost USA). Please note standard banking exchange rates, any and all bank fess, additional taxes and or duty are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
We are unable to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. West Coast Zippies is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Reshipping of packages returned to West Coast Zippies due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Packages marked as 'delivered', but 'not received', are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our fulfillment facility, we are no longer liable. Please contact your mail carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost or stollen packages.

Unfortunately, International shipping (excluding the USA) is not offered at this time.
