Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price or exchanged for something of equal or lesser value (shipping is not included). Items must be purchased directly from westcoastzippies.ca and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase (this EXCLUDES any and all Accessories, Discounted/Sale/Promo and or Limited Edition items).
Returns must be submitted and authorized within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The product must be received at West Coast Zippies within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return or exchange submissions after 14 days or products not returned within 30 days will not be accepted and no refund will be offered. We do not offer in store credit at this time.
All items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, damage, or use. If returned items do not meet basic restocking standards no refund or exchange will be permitted. Standards are subject to the opinions of the West Coast Zippies management.
All sales are considered FINAL (unless defective or broken upon delivery) on Accessories, Promos or Discounted/Sale Items, Limited Edition Items, site-wide sales such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and or Holiday-themed product such as Halloween, Canada Day, etc. Please refer to the individual product detail page for any other exceptions.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Our goal is to send perfection however, every so often, a defective item may slip past us. We stand behind our products and are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for defective items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn with the tags still attached. Unfortunately, we do not offer store credit at this time. After contacting our office, we can issue you a shipping label for you to attach to a package of your own.
You MUST contact West Coast Zippies within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchasing. We do not offer exchange or refund or otherwise on purchases over 30 days, or items that have been washed, worn or are missing tags.
We are not able to offer anything for items returned past 30 days of purchase.
Please remember that some of our products are limited edition and an exchange for the same item is not always possible.
We are not able to offer discounts or partial refunds on defective merchandise.
All defects are handled individually and the Policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.
